Channel 3 announce new album and tour dates

Southern California punk icons Channel 3 have announced a new album as well as a short tour. The new album entitled “Put ‘Em Up” is scheduled to be released August 18th through TKO Records.

To get people pumped for the album the band is streaming a teaser video which you can check out below along with the tour dates.

“Put ‘Em Up” is the 11th release from the band, the first since 2016’s “A Home for the Homeless”. 



Channel 3 premiere video for “The God That You Deserve”, announce album release

SoCal’s punk legends Channel 3 are back and better than ever with a new video for “The God That You Deserve.”

As a politically charged piece, the video covers the importance of overcoming differences and kindness to one another. Through a tracking shot style video (no cuts, no edits) and simply a carefully composed choreographed piece, the video shows rather than tells to enhance the lyrics of the song.

In addition, on August 18th CH3 will be releasing their first full length album in fifteen years, dubbed “Put Em Up” which will be available via TKO Records.

CH3 announce first album in a long time, tease us with “Not That It Matters”

Original So Cal punks CH3 are back with their new album Put ‘Em Up, their first album in over 15 years, and they’ve released the track “Not That It Matters” for streaming. Put ‘Em Up is being released August 18th via TKO Records.

The band has also announced a couple of upcoming shows, most notably at Punk Rock Bowling in Vegas, playing the Beauty Bar on May 27th. That’ll be fun!

Black Hole Records releases punk Christmas comp “Cashing In On Christmas Vol 2”

In the vein of “Bollocks To Christmas”, Black Hole Records has released Volume 2 in their Punk and Oi! Christmas series, “Cashing In On Christmas”.

The compilation is available on the Interpunk and SmartPunk webstores as well as the digital iTunes store.

Channel 3 releasing “To Whom It May Concern: The 1981 Demos” Limited LP

channel-3Southern California’s Channel 3 is releasing “To Whom It May Concern: The 1981 Demos” Limited LP.  The album will contain Channel 3’s original 1981 demos, which originally gained the band the attention of Posh Boy Records’ Robbie Fields, and the rest, as they say, was Punk Rock history. Included are songs that became CH3 classics, previously unreleased tracks, and a WHO cover thrown in for good measure. More info here.

The release is limited to 1,000 copies on purple & white vinyl (includes CD version) and is available through TKO Records.
