Our good friend (and so previously dubbed, nomadic, woolly faced fox) Chris Fox and the rest of the gang in Reno based skate punk act Boss’ Daughter are shipping off on their 2018 Rock Bautumn tour this week!

Chris Fox (Punk) Releases Video for Solo Version of “Stupid Chords, Stupid Words, Stupid Song”

It’s not often we get to play the role of David Attenborough but today, we’ve managed to get our hands on some rare footage of the nomadic, woolly faced fox in the wild! That’s right! Reno’s punk rock prodigal son, Chris Fox is staying in the news with the debut of a brand new music video for “Stupid Chords, Stupid Words, Stupid Song” from his most recent self-titled, solo album which was released in late 2017. If you’re on the Left Coast, be sure to keep an eye out for Mr. Fox and friends as Boss’ Daughter makes their way down the coast this Summer on the Bossy Sauce Tour. If you’re not lucky enough to be on the West Coast, fret not! If we know the bearded balladeer, he’ll be planning a trip to your ‘hood soon enough. Boss’ Daughter (Punk) Announces European Tour

Reno, Nevada’s greatest punk rock band is headed across the pond this Spring on tour and they want you to come drink a beer with them and listen to them scream into microphones! Chris Fox & Co. will be kicking things off in France before heading to Spain, Italy and a handful of other countries. Vampirates Announce Tour to Celebrate Fifteen Year Anniversary

Reno, Nevada punks, Vampirates are celebrating their 15th anniversary next month and will be commemorating this monumental milestone by hitting the road on a short West Coast Tour! Boss’ Daughter (Skate Punk) Announces West Coast Tour

Reno, Nevada’s premiere punk act, Boss’ Daughter is hitting the road on their first tour of 2018 and they want you to come out and see ’em play (a sentiment we just can’t agree with more)! Dubbed the ‘Febrewary Twoer’, the trio kicks things off in the Oregon before working their way (halfway) down the West Coast. Chris Fox Releases New EP of Fat Wreck Chords Covers

The never-stationary Mr. Chris Fox of Vampirates, Boss’ Daughter, et al. is back with a brand new solo EP. The cleverly titled Portly Formed features six cover songs of some of Fat Wreck Chords most popular acts. Good Riddance, Lagwagon, No Use For A Name and of course Swingin’ Utters are among the bands to have received the ‘Fox Treatment’. Head over to Bandcamp right now and pick up a copy for ‘Name Your Price’. I’m sure the the furry frontman can use some extra dough because he has also announced a west coast tour which kicks off today in his hometown of Reno. Traveling with him will be the World’s Greatest One Man Band, Mr. John Underwood of Dirty Kid Discount fame! More information on that below!

If you think you know Chris Fox’s music, you don’t know shit! The hardest working man in punk rock is back with a brand new solo album featuring classic songs, with some new flavor of ’em! The debut, self titled LP will be released on Tuesday (11/14) via Reno based DIY label Voted Best Records and is made up of thirteen previously released songs all of which have been totally rerecorded and given a full accompaniment. This ‘upgrade’ creates a whole new feel from the simpler, acoustic versions while still keeping the trademark ‘Chris Fox’ sound.  Lucky for you, we got our hands on an advance copy and like to share with our friends! New DIY Label Voted Best Records Announces Re-release of Albums From Boss’ Daughter, Vampirates & More

Reno, Nevada’s premiere DIY punk label, Voted Best Records announced that they are reissuing a ton of incredible albums as well as adding a number of new releases to their catalog in the coming months. Among the noteworthy re-releases are Muffstache, Planet Stupid and Pizza/Beer by Vampirates, the complete discography from skate punks Boss’ Daughter as well as albums from The Backup Razor, Sucka Punch and The Randy Savages.

In addition to those classics, the label will also be releasing new titles! The first two new albums being released by the label are both from the illustrious Mr. Chris Fox. A special six track EP of Fat Wreck Chords covers titled Portly Formed will be released in conjunction with the long awaited solo LP from the Reno based skate punker on November 14th (track listings for both below).

Reno skate punk quartet, Boss’ Daughter (we’re just gonna count John Underwood as a full member going forward) is playing Fest 16 and you just knew they wouldn’t pass up an opportunity to tour, so they’re headed out on another massive road trip on their way down south! The Randy Savages (Pop Punk) Announce Dates For Summer Slam Tour

Dig it, Santa Cruz wrasslin’ punks The Randy Savages are headed down the West Coast for their Summer Slam Tour and recently announced a list of all of the stops. Half WWF Wrestling event, half pop-punk rock concert, this wrestling collective is a must see. So, if you’re near any of the cities they’re stopping in, you have to make it out for a show. If you’re not on the West Coast, head over to Bandcamp and download both, their debut EP Dig It which came out late 2016 as well as Oh Yea which was just released a few months ago on Wrestlemania Sunday (naturally) via Reno’s Voted Best Records.
