Natterers (punk) stream debut album “Head In Threatening Attitude”

Natterers are streaming their highly anticipated album Head In Threatening Attitude and it is well worth a listen, of course. This is their first full length release after they stormed onto the DIY scene with a brilliant demo in 2016 and the even better Toxic Care in 2017.

So check out one of the finest bands the UK has to offer below.

Jaded Eyes stream “Hatespeak” on Spotify

One of the UK’s finest bands, Jaded Eyes, are streaming their new 7″ on Spotify, it’s called “Hatespeak”, and you can listen to it here.

It contains two great songs that are exactly what fans will have been waiting for! The band members have been active in the diy scene for a long time now in other great bands such as Voorhees, The Horror, John Holmes and more. They are great musicians and song writers and always put out excellent music as well as riveting live performances. This is the latest release since “The Eternal Sea” which came out back in 2015, and is also an absolute belter. Check it out! You will not be disappointed.

Natterers (Punk) announce Germany/Belgium shows

If you live in Germany or Belgium then you are in for a treat my friends! One of the UK’s finest bands, Natterers, have announced some shows for this November, kicking off in Antwerp on the 8th. You can check out the list of dates below.

Natterers released “Toxic Care” this June and it is, in my opinion, one of the best releases of the year so far. If you haven’t listened to it yet then hurry up and give it a listen here.

Natterers & Jaded Eyes celebrate record releases with short tour

I’m kicking off my first post of the day with some great news! Two superb UK bands are hitting the road together for a short tour.

As I have previously stated, Natterers are one of my favourite bands at the moment; if any of you have been lucky enough to see them live you will understand why. You can’t help being drawn in by their charismatic vocalist as well as their ripping tunes. Their debut demo was excellent and there new release “Toxic Care” is even better with six killer tracks which you can check out here. They are truly one of the most exciting new bands in the scene.

Jaded Eyes have been around for a few years now and have released 2 quality albums so far. They are made up of members from great bands such as Vorhees, The Horror and John Holmes. I thoroughly enjoyed their last release “The Eternal Sea” and can’t wait to get my ears around the new release. They come across as an experienced band that knows how to play great music with good lyrical content. You can listen to a couple of tracks from “The Eternal Sea” here.

Both bands are playing 5 dates together to celebrate the release of their new records with the first show kicking off tomorrow. I’ve been lucky enough to catch both bands playing together twice this year and they never disappoint. You can see the dates below and I highly recommend checking them out if you can; you can’t go wrong with these two!

Both records are out via Serial Bowl Records and Boss Tuneage Records. Natterers “Toxic Care” came out in June and Jaded Eyes new 7″ titled “Hatespeak” will be released this coming Friday.

Natterers (Punk) stream new EP “Toxic Care”

Natterers is one of the band names on everyone’s lips here in the UK diy scene at the moment; and with good reason. Hailing from Yorkshire, these guys have been touring constantly and have been attracting quite a lot of attention since the release of their 4 track demo last year.

I was lucky enough to see them for the first time earlier this year at an all dayer with Discharge and they stuck in my mind as one of the best performances of the day; not only because of their music but also their stage presence. Emma, their powerful vocalist, pointed out she was the only female out of all the bands playing that day and called out for more women to get involved in the punk scene. Something I think we can all get behind.

“Toxic Care” was released on June 23rd via Boss Tuneage Records & Serial Bowl Records.  It consists of 6 raw and catchy songs that prove again why Natterers are one of the most exciting up and coming bands in the UK. Check it out below.

Finland street punk act Heartbreak Stereo have been working on a new, as yet unnamed EP, which they plan to release sometime this month or next.  Today they added a new song to their MySpace page called “All In All In All In,” which I’m going to go out on a limb and assume is going to be on the upcoming release, though they don’t explicitly state where it’s from.
