Grayscale release new single “Painkiller Weather”

Philly based pop punks Grayscale have released a brand new single. “Painkiller Weather” is the first new music since 2017’s Adornment.

The Aquabats and Reel Big Fish head out on a co-headlining tour

Orange County ska legends The Aquabats and Reel Big Fish are heading out on tour. The two ska heavyweights will head across the U.S. and parts of Canada beginning in July.

The Aquabats’ Christian Jacobs (the MC Bat Commander himself) says, “We haven’t been on the road for a while so… this is going to be most fun! We’ve been friends with Aaron and the Reel Big Fish-ermen for over 20 years now and after all this time, it still feels like we’re just goofing around, playing music and having fun with no other motives than to goof around, play music and have fun!” 

Not to be outdone Reel Big Fish front-man Aaron Barrett adds, “Come out and party like it’s 1997 with two bands who have been making fools of themselves on stage for YOUR entertainment for over 20 years!! If you don’t have a good time, it’s because you HATE FUN!!!”.

Tickets are on sale now for the fourteen show tour and The Aquabats have announced the upcoming release of their new album Television Soundtrack Volume 1. Reel Big Fish released Life Sucks…Let’s Dance at the tail-end of last year. If you’re a ska fan be sure to get out and see one of these shows, at the very least they promise to be entertaining, possibly even a little “super”. 



Real Friends announce fall headline tour

Our pals over in Real Friends have just announced that they’ll be setting off on tour in support of their new album “Composure” starting on October 17th! “Composure” marks their most adventurous release with tracks that branch outside of their pop punk roots and into new territory, as well as follow up to their 2016 release “The Home Inside My Head.”

The outfit will be touring with Boston Manor, Grayscale, and Eat Your Heart Out

Real Friends stream new album “Composure”

Pop punk vets Real Friends are now streaming their new full length “Composure.” The guys are currently on Warped Tour to promote the new album, and have already collected a staggering amount of support.

“Composure” serves as follow up to their last release of “The Home Inside My Head” in 2016.

Chicago pop-punks Real Friends have released a video for their brand new single “From the Outside”, which can be viewed below.

Whether it be medication, drugs, alcohol, psychiatric treatment, etc. and generally not being able to navigate the inner workings of your mind to know what is going on with your mental state.”

Philly based pop punks Grayscale have just released their new video for “Forever Yours” off of their upcoming album, Adornment via Fearless Records. The video tells the story of the life cycle of relationships, from “birth, middle years, to death.”

Real Friends debut new track “Get By”

A fun surprise from Real Friends today, as the Chicago pop-punks dropped a new single. ‘Get By’ is the first piece of music from the band since their 2016 full length ‘The Home Inside My Head’.

O.C. post-hardcore/emo act Movements have released a music video for their track “Daylily.” You can watch it below.

“Daylily” is taken from the band’s debut album Feel Something, which was released on October 20, 2017 via Fearless Records. On the inspiration for the song lead singer Patrick Miranda stated: My current girlfriend is the inspiration for this song. [During her ongoing treatment for mental illness] there would be a lot of bad days, but there would also be good days. She called the good ones her ‘pink cloud days.’ When she was going through another tough time last year I wrote this song for her.

Real Friends celebrate 7 years of being a band with “Something Old, Something New”

Pop-punks, Real Friends have decided to celebrate being a band for 7 years. You can watch the acoustic songs performed below.

The band took to Twitter to talk about the new project: “In celebration of our seven year existence as a band we’ve decided to frequently post these acoustic (maybe sometimes not acoustic) sessions. We have quite a few songs under our belts now, so we figure this would be a good way to shine a new light on our songs. These performances will take place in one location with two songs being played. One song will be old and one song will be new(er). This is the first installment of Something Old, Something New Sessions. Enjoy.”
