Old School Politics streaming new song “261 Pounds Close To Love”

Canadian pop-punk outfit Old School Politics have released a special new song in celebration of their 300th show, which will occur this Friday in Montreal. Listen to the song, “261 Pounds Close To Love” on their Myspace page.

The band’s latest release was “Don’t Give Up,” which was released in August 2010.

Streaming: Old School Politics “I Am My Own Scene”

Montreal punks Old School Politics posted an unreleased track, “I Am My Own Scene,” to their My Space page. They released an album called “Don’t Give Up” August 28th on Big Wheel Records. There’s no word in the page about whether the new track will be on an upcoming release.

Ian Incorporated pees on everything, gets Mexican pesos

Did I get your attention? Who says headlines have to do anything with the actual story? ha! In a recent MySpace blog, singer/guitarist of Ontario based ska/punk act Corporation, David Corporation gives us an in-depth update of the past couple of shows from their current tour. In the blog David describes the band’s “big drunken success of a weekend,” involving singer/bassist Ian Incorporated peeing all over the venue, and proceeding to sit down on a piss-soaked chair. A ton of concert footage of Corporation and a new record label

Ontario ska-core band, Corporation, has posted a shit ton of videos from their recent Montreal show at L’Absynth.  Check the whole lot of them out here (12 in total).

Additionally, the band announced that Unknown Records has picked them up and will help promote the band some.  Congrats, dudes!
