The Adolescents announce new album, stream new song

The Adolescents have announced that they will be releasing their new album, Cropduster, on July 20th via Concrete Jungle Records.

The band is also streaming the first song from the album.  You can listen to “Queen of Denial” below.

The Adolescents last released Manifest Destiny in 2016 also through Concrete Jungle Records.

Death By Stereo, Fair Do’s & more added to Manchester Punk Festival 2018

The finishing touches have been put on the lineup for Manchester Punk Festival 2018’s lineup, with the final lineup announcement. The late additions include Death By Stereo, Fair Do’s, and Stand Out Riot, among others.

MPF takes place April 19-21 in Manchester, England. Some of the other bands on the lineup include Propagandhi, Iron Chic, Antillectual, and The Copyrights.

Music Video: Death By Stereo – “I Think About Killing You Everyday”

SoCal hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have premiered a music video for their brand new song “I Think About Killing You Everyday”, and you can give it a watch below.

“I Think About Killing You Everyday” appears on Death By Stereo’s latest EP, Just Like You’d Leave Us, We’ve Left You for Dead, which was released a week ago, and is the band’s first set of new material since their 2012 album Black Sheep of the American Dream.

Death By Stereo announce new EP “Just Like You’d Leave Us, We’ve Left You For Dead”

SoCal hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have announced they will release an EP with new material, entitled Just Like You’d Leave Us, We’ve Left You For Dead, on October 28th via Concrete Jungle Records.

The EP will include six new songs, including the recently-released “Neverending” and “They Feed Us Death”, which features Thomas Barnett from Strike Anywhere. You can view the track listing below, and pre-order a copy of the new EP here.

Death By Stereo recently released the 7″ EP Neverending. Other than a series of EPs or separately-released songs (such as “Neverending” and covers of Dead Kennedys‘ “Too Drunk to Fuck” and Rancid‘s “Rejected“), the band has not issued a full-length studio album since 2012’s Black Sheep of the American Dream.

The Adolescents embark on European tour in support of new album “Manifest Destiny”

The Adolescents are gearing up to embark on a six week European tour in support of their upcoming album “Manifest Destiny” which will be released this Friday, July 8th through Concrete Jungle Records.

The tour kicks off this Thursday, July 7th in Madrid, Spain and will cover parts of Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Holland, and Great Britain, performing at many of the large festivals taking place over the summer.

The Adolescents stream new song “Jacob’s Ladder”

The Adolescents have just dropped a new song for ya’ll to check out called “Jacob’s Ladder”, which you can hear below.

“Jacob’s Ladder” will be featured on the band’s newest album coming out July 8th, Manifest Destiny via Concrete Jungle Records.

The Adolescents tease details of new album

SoCal punk legends  The Adolescents are gearing up to release a new album, which is due to drop on July 8th on Concrete Jungle Records.  The album will be produced by Paul Miner (Death by Stereo, H2O, Atreyu), and will feature the tracks “Nightcrawler,” “Catfish,” and “Ratcather.”  We’ll keep you posted with more details as they come out.

The ADolescent’s most recent effort was a 4-song split with Russia’s Svetlanas, which came out on Altercation Records last year.  Their last studio album was 2014’s La Vendetta.

Music Video: No Fun – “Ode an die Freude”

German garage/punk rock act No Fun have premiered a music video for their song “Ode an die Freude”. You can watch the video below.

“Ode an die Freude” is taken from No Fun’s upcoming album How I Spent My Bummer Vacation, which is due for release on September 18th, 2015 via Concrete Jungle Records.

Venerea and Smash The Statues release split EP

Swedish punk rock group Venerea and Dutch punk act Smash The Statues have just released a split EP which features two new songs from each band. You can stream the EP below and snag a copy if you dig it.

Both Venerea and Smash The Statues recently came back together earlier this year after the two groups had simultaneous 5-year hiatuses.

Venerea last released We Shall Overcome in January. The latest release from Smash The Statues was Rise To The Occasion, launched in May via White Russian RecordsFuntime Records, No Panic! Records, and Laserlife Records.

Venerea entering studio to record new material

Swedish punk rock group Venerea have announced via Facebook that they will be entering to the studio to record their first new material in 5 years. Here’s the official word from the band:

“On Monday this ol’ band of brothers willl enter the studio for the first time in 5 years. Stay tuned for more info.

Venerea’s last release was their 2010 album Lean Back in Anger (presumably it was recorded in 2009 unless the band’s math was off). More recently, they’ve uploaded their entire discography to their bandcamp.

Burning Lady stream acoustic version of “Wasted Time”

French punk band Burning Lady have released an acoustic version of their song “Wasted Time”, which appears on their latest album Until the Walls Fall.
