That singer guy from Fall Out Boy is selling his house… for 2.25 million bucks

Because we’re apparently TMZ now… Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump is apparently fed up with the modest living accommodations his house in Hollywood has to offer, so he has decided to his digs for 2.25 million smackeroos. Here’s a very eloquent description of the house, taken from the real estate listing:

“Situated on a magical promontory with views of the city and ocean, Lake Hollywood, the vineyards and the iconic Hollywood sign, this renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home plus studio is within a private gated enclave. Featuring a sun-drenched open floor plan, cool concrete floors, chef’s stainless kitchen with bamboo cabinets, an entertainer’s island, French sliding doors, a stone-etched fireplace, custom corner study and a large outdoor area ideal for dining under the stars. The custom, soundproofed recording studio is “state of the art” and has a 3/4-bath and separate guest entrance. The floating stairs of exotic Tigerwood lead to a stunning and serene Master suite with a private balcony for stargazing. Walk-in closets, wood floors, and beautiful master bath create the ideal retreat. Included are 2 additional bedrooms, a second bath, custom glass gates, solar panels, new metal roof, 2-car garage and security system. Pure bliss….”

Ha! Sounds like a total dump to me! Ah, who am I kidding…

New AntiFa Compilation: Northern Agression: Project Boneyard Volume II

irpb2_coverInsurgence Records has teamed up with the Turn It Down Campaign and a host of bands, show promoters, crews, and individuals to bring you: Northern Aggression – Project Boneyard Volume II. Here is what they have to say:

The scene is stepping up again to challenge the spread of fascist propaganda (and bad music) like Project Schoolyard, a lacklustre sampler CD crapped out by a US-based bonehead label in an attempt to recruit youth to the white power movement.

Our subculture has always played to the tune of ‘having a laugh and having a say’. Our message to the fascists: Get out of what was never yours to begin with. The kids on the street won’t be fooled, and we will never abandon turf to self-serving freeloaders like you and the muck you spread.

Fans of real street music: Enjoy the music and smash fascism wherever it rears its ugly head!

Oi! band The Knockarounds and punk band The Class War Kids are among the many bands on the compilation.  Take a look at the Project Boneyard MySpace page for more information on the sampler and campaign.
