The Moans streaming teaser EP “Grave Yard Sale”

Sacramento horror-pop-punk act The Moans have released  a 3 song album teaser called “Grave Yard Sale.” Here’s what the band had to say:

Point Of View to begin recording follow-up to 2014’s “Burner”

2015 is shaping up to be a good year in the Point Of View camp. In a recent post on the band’s Facebook page, the San Jose three-piece had this to say:

Finally going to be heading into the studio to record our next release! February will be a good month.

We’ll have more information on this one as it becomes available. The band’s last release, the EP “Burner,” hit the streets in March 2013 on Hella Mad Records and was reissued last year on Creator Destructor Records. Stay tuned, POV fans!

Union 13 stream new song “Ten Years of Silence”

Los Angeles hardcore punk veterans Union 13 are streaming the title track of their new EP Ten Years of Silence. Head over here to give the song a listen.

Ten Years of Silence was released on July 21st through Hella Mad Records. As its title suggests, the EP is the band’s first release in a decade, serving as a follow-up to 2003’s Symptoms of Humanity.

San Francisco’s Bite signs with Hella Mad Records, releasing new EP “Cliff Diving”

San Francisco’s self-described punk ‘n roll act Bite has signed on with Hella Mad Records, and will release their 3rd record, “Cliff Diving”, on December 25th.  The band will be performing that nite at San Francisco’s Elbo Room, for the Annual Black X-Mass with Karla LaVey, daughter of the late Anton LaVey, former head of the Church of Satan in SF.

The 4-song EP was Produced by East Bay Ray of the Dead Kennedys.

Point of View head to studio to record new material

In a recent Facebook update, San Jose ska-punks Point of View announced that they will be heading “into the studio next week with Scott Goodrich to demo up some new songs.”

No more details have yet been announced, but keep checking back for updates as they become available.
