Counting Coins will release new album on October 1st

The U.K.’s ska/punk act Counting Coins are set to release a new album on October 1st via All Our Own Records.  Don’t Look Down will be the band’s first release since Reach for the Sky, an EP that came out in December of 2013.

No new songs have been released yet, but we’ll keep you posted.  In the meantime, you can check out the band’s EP here.



The Talks (U.K. ska) announce upcoming album

Yorkshire, England’s The Talks are releasing a new album that has been 3 years in the making.  Commoners, Peers, Drunks, and Thieves will be released on September 24th via All Our Own Records.

You can hear one of the single “Don’t look Behind You,” below.  The Talks will head out on a European tour to support the new album later this fall.



The Talks (ska) premiere music video for new single “Radio”

Yorkshire, UK ska group The Talks are premiering a music video for “Radio,” the second single from their upcoming album “Commoners, Peers, Drunks & Thieves.” This single will be available for digital download on June 30th and the album is set for release later this year. UK ska band Counting Coins have released a video for their new single “Blue on Blue”.

The song features Robin Leitch of Random Hand, and is off their upcoming EP “Reach For the Sky” on All Our Own Records.

The Talks premiere music video for “Friday Night”

Dust off your fedoras and hike up those suspenders – ska punk band The Talks have released a music video for their newest single “Friday Night.”  This is the second single from the band’s upcoming EP release “West Sinister.” For fans of third wave ska like Big D and the Kids Table, Less Than Jake and Mustard Plug, with a touch of poppy vocals mixed in, this song should put a little swing in your step.

“West Sinister” is scheduled to come out March 11th on All Our Own records; the single comes out officially March 4th.  Like the song says, if it don’t feel right, just drink more.
