War On Women stream new EP album “Live At Magpie Cage”

Baltimore’s War on Women are now streaming their acoustic EP, which was recorded live at J Robbins’ Magpie Cage Studio. “Live at Magpie Cage” follows up their full length, “Capture The Flag” which was released earlier this year. 

Both releases are off of Bridge Nine Records.

Beach Rats stream “Skin, Brains, And Dubs” from upcoming debut EP

New Jersey’s punk supergroup (formed by members of Dag Nasty, Minor Threat and The Bouncing Souls) Beach Rats have another song from their upcoming debut EP available for streaming. “Skin, Brains, And Dubs” comes from the EP Wasted Time, due out July 27 via Bridge Nine Records.

DS Premiere: Beach Rats debut “Lonely For The Night,” lead single from debut EP “Wasted Time”

It’s the first Friday of summer, and that sounds to us like the perfect time to bring you some brand new music from a brand new band…Beach Rats!

As you hopefully know by now, Beach Rats are a Jersey based all-star band that includes among its ranks the one-and-only Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Bad Religion, etc), Ari Katz from Lifetime, Pete and Bryan from Bouncing Souls and more! They’re slated to release their debut album, Wasted Time, on July 27th via Bridge Nine Records, and today we get our first taste of what’s to come. Check out the lead single, “Lonely For The Night” below and bask in the ’80’s hardcore-inspired goodness!

Spine (Hardcore) streaming new album “Faith”

Slapshot (hardcore) streaming new album “Make America Hate Again”

Boston hardcore legends Slapshot are streaming their latest masterpiece Make America Hate Again. Released June 1st through Bridge Nine Records, this is quickly becoming one of my early record of the year candidates.

Bridge Nine signs punk rock supergroup Beach Rats (members of Bad Religion and Bouncing Souls)

Bridge Nine Records has announced the signing of New Jersey punk supergroup Beach Rats. The band is comprised of Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Dag Nasty, Bad Religion), Ari Katz (Lifetime) and members of The Bouncing Souls.

The band will be releasing their first EP, Wasted Time on July 27.

Slapshot release another new track, “Trainwreck”

Boston hardcore legends Slapshot are to release their new album “Make America Hate Again” via Bridge Nine Records on June 1st. The album is the follow up to 2014’s eponymously titled LP. Following first single “Remedy“, the band are now streaming another advance track, “Trainwreck”. You can have a listen below.

Hardcore act SPINE has announced their second LP, “Faith,” will be released on June 15th via Bridge Nine Records. The album was recorded by Andy Nelson at Bricktop Recordings in Chicago.
