Your Pest Band (Garage Punk, Japan) Stream EP “Automatic Aspiration” Ahead of General Release

Japanese lo-fi garage punks Your Pest Band are allowing fans to stream their entire latest EP ahead of its general release on November 16. The effort is titled Automatic Aspiration and features six power pop tracks with a distinctly gritty edge. Handling the release for the band is Dirt Cult Records.

Automatic Aspiration is the first release from Your Pest Band since their split with Snuffy Smiles in 2017. You can stream it below.

City Mouse and Murderburgers stream new split EP

Pop punk act City Mouse and and Scottish punk act Murderburgers are now streaming their new split EP off of Brassneck Records.

The new split features two tracks from each outfit. City Mouse last released “Get Right” in September of 2017, and Murderburgers last released “Shitty People and Toothache” earlier this year in August.

Maybe it’s the 90°+ humidity, but I am absolutely slathered in moisture to bring you this premiere.

“Feeling Strangely Fucked” is second track off The Murderburgers‘ upcoming EP, “Shitty People and Toothache.” The four song EP is being released by Brassneck Records in the UK and Asian Man in the US and will be out July 27th.

You can buy the record in orange from Brassneck and green from Asian Man.

The first track, “Turning 29 Was a Mistake,” was premiered back in May.

Japanese band bows have released a 3 song 7″, “Neverunite.” They are unabashedly very Leatherface-influenced, which is an automatic plus.

The album was released via Dead Broke Rekerds and Brassneck Records on April 1, and follows the band’s last release, 3 track EP “Never Fall You Again.”
