Strung Out join lineup for Fat Wreck’s 25th anniversary tour, release new music video

Two big announcements for my fellow Strung Out fans today! Firstly, the California skate punk veterans have been added to the lineup for the North American summer tour Fat Wreck Chords is putting on in celebration of its 25th anniversary, which will also feature NOFX, Lagwagon, The Flatliners, Swingin’ Utters, Masked Intruder, and a bunch of other great bands.

The second nugget of news is they have released a kick-ass new music video for their song “Modern Drugs.” You can check the video out alongside the dates and locations for the Fat Wrecked For 25 Years tour below.

Strung Out’s latest album Transmission.Alpha.Delta. was released on March 24th through, you guessed it, Fat Wreck Chords. Before returning to the states this summer, the band will spend the next month touring Europe with Versus The World.

  • This is the most ineffectual song from Strung Out I’ve ever heard and the video Sucks Shit! So Gay! Lose the beard too… Love the band now it’s time for them to love themselves…? hmmm aren’t you a little too experienced to let producers do this to you? No video would be a way better career move, what’s BigWig or Propagandhi doing? I don’t know, but probably not this!
