The Friday Prophets (FFO: old Green Day) stream new song “Reason, Where are You?”

Swedish punk rockers The Friday Prophets are streaming the first single from their upcoming album In the Key of Sublimation, to be released November 30th via Holy Howl Records.

The 90s-eqsue, pop-punk song “Reason, Where Are You?” is the first release from The Friday Prophets since their May EP, Vae Är Du Nu? / Att Befria Sig Sjalv.

Night Birds Stream New Song “Onward to Obscurity”

New Jersey surf punks Night Birds are streaming a track called “Onward to Obscurity” off their upcoming mini-LP Roll Credits, out September 21st via Fat Wreck Chords.

The first release from Night Birds since 2016’s Who Killed Mike Hunchback?, this nihilistic track features  “King of Punk” Jerry A. of Portland hardcore punk band Poison Idea.

Wicked Bears (Pop Punk) Announce Tour Dates in Celebration of Vinyl Re-release

Salt Lake City’s Wicked Bears have announced a tour in conjunction with their 2017 album “Tuning Out” being pressed to vinyl. The release is coming through Hidden Home Records, La Escalera Records, Dopey Goat Records, and Def Cow Records.

“Tuning Out” made Dying Scene Founder Dave Buck’s Top 10 Albums of 2017. You can see the tour dates and the release video below.

Audio Karate Announce “Space Camp” Re-Release

California punkers Audio Karate have announced the re-release of their debut album “Space Camp” on vinyl after a long period of inactivity.

The album was originally released by Kung Fu Records in 2002. The vinyl re-release will be a co-release by Wiretap Records and Hidden Home Records.

Wicked Bears Premiere New Video for “Reebok Classics”

Video Premiere: Wicked Bears (SLC Pop Punk) “2049”

Dying Scene is proud to premiere the brand new lyric video for “2049,” the first single from Wicked Bears‘ forthcoming album Tuning Out. It features flying cars, satellites, and lots of words (because it’s a lyric video).

Wicked Bears to Release Full-Length Album on October 13th

Salt Lake City pop punk band Wicked Bears announced the release of their first full-length album, “Tuning Out,” on October 13th through Hidden Home Records.

To celebrate, the band is doing a release show at the Beehive Social Club in SLC with fellow Hidden Home band Pop Warner and locals Cat Ghost Formerly Known as Ghost Cat and Sunsleeper.

No other details have been announced yet but you can stream the band’s last release, a self-titled EP, here.
