Youth Brigade announce new guitarist, U.S. winter tour

California punk legends Youth Brigade have announced that they have hired Brian Hanover (Union Hearts, Hanover Saints, Whiskey Rebels) as their new guitarist. In addition, they have announced a winter U.S. tour, which takes place from mid-December to early January. The band writes:

“We’re stoked to announce our winter dates, and bring in the holidays with all our friends around the country.

With the addition of our buddy Brian Hanover on guitar (Union Hearts/ Hanover Saints/ Whiskey Rebels), we will be saying farewell to the new year and our bassist extraordinaire Mike Carter who will be leaving us after this run to pursue his other amazing bands Stop Breathing and No//Se.

So come out and celebrate and help us see Mike off in true Youth Brigade fashion!!”

Youth Brigade’s last studio album, To Sell the Truth, was released in 1996, and there are rumors that they have been working on a new album.
