Direct Hit! released their brand new album, Brainless God, yesterday. To coincide with the concept of the album, the band made a short film (aka, series of connected music videos), also titled Brainless God. The band went on to describe Brainless God as “Meatloaf meets Black Flag, as told by Stephen King, but a lot dumber”.
Act One was released yesterday, and features the tracks “Getting What He Asked For”, “On & On”, “The World Is Ending (No One Cares)”, and “Buried Alive”. The band will release future installments eventually, telling the rest of the tale of Brainless God.
