On August 7th The Flatliners will be releasing a compilation of b-sides and rarities titled “Division of Spoils” via the friendly folks at good old Fat Wreck Chords. Now, I know what most of you are thinking, but unlike most b-side albums this one thoroughly stands on its own and could easily pass as a new studio album, especially for those of you that haven’t dug too deep past what the band has put out on their full-lengths.
And for those of you die-hard Flatliners fans who have already tracked down and played to death these rare tracks, there’s something for you too. Four of the tracks on this bad boy have never been released and today we’re stoked to bring you a taste of one of those gems. Be the first to feast your ears upon the tune “Lifers” below!
The Flatliner’s latest full-length album Dead Language was released in September of 2013. They have since put out two 7″s for the songs “Caskets Full” and “Resuscitation of the Year.”
