Southern California punk legends Lagwagon are streaming their cover of Tony Sly‘s “Discomfort Inn”, taken from his final album Sad Bear. Lagwagon’s cover of the song appears on The Songs of Tony Sly: A Tribute, and you can give it a listen below.
The Songs of Tony Sly: A Tribute, featuring covers of songs by No Use for a Name and Mr. Sly (who died a year ago) from NOFX, Bad Religion, Strung Out, Rise Against, Pennywise, Lagwagon, The Gaslight Anthem and many others, was released yesterday through Fat Wreck Chords.
Lagwagon released their I Think My Older Brother Used to Listen to Lagwagon EP in 2008 on Fat Wreck Chords. Last September, they began writing a new album, which will be their first since 2005’s Resolve.
