Old school hardcore punk rockers/crossover thrashers Beowülf have announced on their website that they have hired Christian Olde Wolbers (ex-Fear Factory) as the replacement for Louiche Mayorga (ex-Suicidal Tendencies), who just recently left the band. There’s no word yet if Wolbers will be a permanent replacement, but he will at least either tour or perform selected live shows with the band.
The band just recently released Jesus Freak on Corruption Records. The album follows 2007’s Westminster & 5th. It’s also available at itunes.com.
