Angel Du$t has announced a West Coast tour for this summer. Soul Blind, Spiritual Cramp, and Webbed Wing will be joining them on all dates. Angel Du$t released YAK: A Collection of Truck Songs in 2021. Check out the dates below.

Festivals & Events: Side By Side Weekend announces lineup

Ottawa based music festival Side By Side Weekend has announced their lineup for 2022. Wine Lips, Pretty Matty, Barnacle, Mr. Power, Deliverables, Sea of Troubles, Sleep Late, Bitch Stick, Precious Failures, Candy, Boyhood, Rivalled Envy, Burner, Pith, Hug Mosh, Autosleeper, Kicksie, Jazz Dads, Jasmine Trails, Expanda Fuzz, Backseat Dragon, Botfly, Dad Sports, No Man, The Flying Hellfish, Ultra Love, Weekend Goodbye, Sonagi, Stoby, Guest Room Status, Dogspear, Dart Trees, and Crisis Party will be playing the festival. Side By Side Weekend will take place July 29, 30, and 31 at Club Saw in Ottawa, Ontario.

Interviews: Blag Dahlia talks the Dwarves 'Young and Good Looking' Tour

What a lot of people don't know is that after 1993's Sugarfix and before 1997's Young and Good Looking, the Dwarves were in self-destruct mode. The band was without a label, everyone hated them because they (falsely) claimed that their guitarist HeWhoCannotBeNamed was knifed to death in Philly, they were broke, and frankly, the gang just wasn't getting along. But then, like the plot of an overblown blockbuster movie, when things were at their worst, the band regrouped and cut a record that not only revived their entire careers, but set them in the pantheon of punk rock legends – The Dwarves are Young and Good Looking. The record found the band embracing a pop aestetic, all while keeping their hardcore raw power, which resulted in an album that was super jacked up and nasty, but also fun to listen to.And now it's been 25 years. Mvll Crimes: "Bootlicker's Delight Reprisal"

London, Ontario's Mvll Crimes have released a new song. It is called "Bootlicker's Delight Reprisal" and is off their upcoming record You Embvrvss Me out this summer via Cursed Blessings Records. Mvll Crimes released their EP Bootlicker's Delight in 2020. Check out the song below.

John Hinckley Jr. shows canceled

As you may know, John Hinckley Jr., the man that was convicted of trying to assassinate President Reagan in an effort to impress Jodie Foster, recently booked the "Redemption Tour" where he would be playing some new music. However, at least three dates have been canceled following public outcry. Via twitter, he stated: "I’ve had 3 concerts cancelled-Chicago, Connecticut and now Brooklyn. The promoter is looking for another venue." The Market Hotel in Brooklyn issued a response which seemed to suggest that they did not want to cancel the show, but felt pressured to do so. Riverboat Gamblers announce shows, possibly new music

Riverboat Gamblers are playing some shows. The band will be playing July 1st w ith Frank Turner and the Bronx in Dallas At House of Blues, July 11th at Little Brother in Austin for a Bad Larry Event, and one day at Rocker Mountain Ripper fest in Denver, which runs September 9 to 11. The band also stated "Also in the works…new music, new videos, new shirts for your ears, eyes and body soon. Its good, really good."

The D.O.C. collabs with Fat Mike

Seminal emcee D.O.C. (who has written verses for Dr. Dre) has released a song with Fat Mike of Nofx. The D.O.C. previously appeared on mike's podcast and even appeared at NOFX show. The new track is called "Fast Ones," and it also includes the band The Co-Defendants, which includes Sam King of Get Dead and hip-hop artist Ceschi. You can check it out at Rolling Stone.

Suicide Machines release new song, will release split LP with Coquettish

The Suicide Machines have released a new song. It is called "Awake" and is off their upcoming split LP with Coquettish called GEBO GOMI. The LP features four new songs from the Suicide Machines and five new songs from Coquettish. It will be out on July 22 via Bad Time Records. The Suicide Machines released Revolution Spring in 2020.
