Over a year has passed since Rancid released their latest album Honor Is All We Know. Earlier today, Tim “Timebomb” Armstrong posted a drawing of bassist Matt Freeman and drummer Branden Steineckert jamming on his Twitter page, and the caption reads, “Rancid In The Studio: Branden & Matt” Ink on Paper 10″ x 10″, implying that Rancid are in the studio recording what appears to be their next album. We’ll keep you posted as more details on the situation come to light.
Later this month, Rancid will release a 20th anniversary remastered edition of their iconic 1995 album …And Out Come the Wolves. The band will promote the reissue with three shows in California.
