California punk legends Bad Religion have announced that they will be playing two festivals in Europe in June. They will play the first date of the Belgium festival Graspop Metal Meeting on June 17th, and on the day after, they will play the French festival Hellfest. It is not known if these dates are one-offs or will be part of a European tour.
Although Bad Religion are scheduled to tour South America next month and begin recording a new album later this year, the band has still not announced a replacement for drummer Brooks Wackerman, who left the band last fall to join Avenged Sevenfold. We’ll keep you posted as more details on a new drummer come to light.
