Bouncing Souls, reunited Amazing Royal Crowns to open Mighty Mighty Bosstones “Hometown Throwdown” shows

We’re still over a month away from this year’s edition of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones‘ annual “Hometown Throwdown” series, but we’ve finally got word on a couple of the announced acts that’ll be serving as openers for the ska-core legends.

New Jersey punk vets Bouncing Souls will open night number 2 (December 30), while the newly reunited Amazing Royal Crowns will open the third and final night (December 31st)! No word on opening night openers or other support acts, but of course we’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, click here to check out the Amazing Royal Crowns’ classic “Do The Devil,” released back in 1998. (Editor’s note: The Rhode Island psychobilly band were known as the Amazing Crowns at the time after legal pressure to drop the “Royal” from there name.)
