Texas hardcore band, Close Your Eyes, has surely been going through a number of shifts over the past few months.  In March, the band announced long-time vocalist Shane Raymond was leaving the band due to health reasons.  Thankfully, though, the band found a new singer, Michael Sawyer, to take over.

Well now it looks like Sawyer may be leaving the band.  According to an update on Sawyer’s personal Facebook page, he will not be performing vocals for the remainder of the Scream The Prayer tour.  Apparently, guitarist Brett Callaway will take over vocal duties.  And according to Twitter, Sawyer left Close Your Eyes to rejoin his former band Miss Fortune.

A lot of crazy shifts in the just the past few days, we know.  We’ll keep you posted on this developing story.
