At the end of the Descendents’ set at Riot Fest Toronto, NOFX presented drummer Bill Stevenson with a birthday cake in honor of his 49th birthday. It’s a pretty cheerful punk moment. You can watch the video here.
Descendents recently announced that they were writing songs for an eventual new album.
Much The Same bassist Franky Tsoukalas and guitarist Dan O'Gorman, both primary songwriters in their former band, have started a new punk band with Franky taking the lead vocal role as well. They're called Burn Rebuild and you can stream the band's first demo song, "My Therapy Is Failing" right here.
