It has been announced the Descendents and ALL documentary Filmage will be released digitally next week (September 30th), and on the Blu-Ray and DVD formats this fall. You can visit the film’s website for ordering information, and view the trailer of the documentary below.
To promote Filmage, there will be a “bi-coastal release party” on September 29th in both Brooklyn (Nitehawk Cinema) and L.A. (Downtown Independent). The Brooklyn screening will feature a Q&A with co-director/writer Matt Riggle, while the L.A. event will have a band/filmmaker Q&A moderated by Mark Hoppus of Blink-182. In addition, there will be a special after party in L.A. at Los Globos featuring a live performance by ALL (with both Chad Price and Scott Reynolds) as well as “special guests”.
Descendents just announced that they have begun recording their long-awaited new album, which will be their first since 2004’s Cool to Be You. ALL has not released an album since 2000’s Problematic.
