Green Day, Blink 182, The Offspring, Sum 41 and AFI in Top 50 Best Rock Artists of the 2000s

Green Day, Blink 182, The Offspring, Sum 41 and AFI are among the top 50 best rock artists of the 2000’s chosen by viewers of Billboard.com.  Not that this means much to those in the punk scene but slightly interesting nonetheless.  I have no idea how this is measured but somebody should do this for Best Punk Artists…

Linkin Park took top honors in the poll, while Staind came second, followed by the Foo Fighters. Green Day was sixteenth, while Blink 182 and The Offspring cracked the Top 30, hitting number 21 and 23 respectively.
