Prepare for a complete “WTF!?” moment. Pennywise have announced that Jim Lindberg, their former front man will reunite with the band.
Guitarist Fletcher Dragge and Lindberg, who have been feuding more or less publicly since Lindberg announced his departure, both sat down with KROQ to discuss their reconciliation.
“We’re happy to announce that Jim is rejoining Pennywise and we’re all looking forward to playing music together again. We’re going to celebrate our re-union with a show at the Hollywood Palladium, January 18th to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Pennywise for our friends and fans in L.A.”
And of course, you’re all asking, “What about Zoli?” According to the article Teglas has been unable to tour after his back injuries and has been “begging” Lindberg to relieve him of his obligations to Pennywise.
Fletcher comments:
“He’s actually happy. He’s happy to get the hell out of here. Jim told me he was calling and saying, ‘Hurry up and come back man.’”

I don’t know. I liked Black Pacific better than the last Pennywise albums and I really liked the new Pennywise album with Zoli in it. And live with Zoli they were much better.
Zoli was made for that band and Black Pacific was the best Jim has sounded in years.
With Zoli in the band sounded like ignite doing pennywise covers…which is weird since I like both bands…to me this is a good thing…
