Motion City Soundtrack, who began writing last Monday, are now recording demos for what will be their sixth studio album in their career, and their first without drummer Tony Thaxton, who left the band last week. They tweeted:
“Just completed a productive 3 day writing session for album #6! Our favorite tentative song title is: The Samurai Code. Keep it or Ditch it?”
Motion City Soundtrack released their fifth studio album,Go, on June 12 through Epitaph Records.
