This is getting to be a monthly occurrence…
As you may or may not recall, Ronnie Radke, lead singer for Epitaph Records screamo rockers Falling In Reverse, got thrown in jail last month after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend (this coming after Radke spent two years in jail after violating probation that he was on due to his role in the shooting death of a Nevada man). Last night found Radke in cuffs again, this time after injuring at least one fan.
As Falling In Reverse was closing out their set at New Jersey’s FestEVIL, Radke apparently thought the appropriate way to bring the night to a close was by hurling four microphone stands into the crowd. Reports have surfaced that at least one struck a female concertgoer in the head, resulting in a pretty gnarly gash. Radke was, as you might imagine, subsequently arrested. No word on bail yet, and how it will impact FIR’s tour, but we’ll keep you posted.
