Weezer have posted three more behind the scenes videos from the studio, where they are recording their new album, which is being produced by The Cars frontman Ric Ocasek, who previously worked with the band on their 1994 self-titled “blue album” and 2001 self-titled “green album”. Weezer’s last studio album, Hurley, was released in September 2010 on Epitaph Records. Two months later, they released the compilation album Death to False Metal on their previous home Geffen Records.
