Yellowcard parts way with drummer Longineu “LP” Parsons III

It was announced today that Florida pop-punk veterans Yellowcard have parted ways with longtime drummer Longineu “LP” Parsons III. In a joint statement, the group had this to say:

“Longineu has decided to pursue other musical interests. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.” 

The band recently entered the studio to record their new album, which will serve as a follow-up to 2012′s Southern Air.
