Your Favorite Hero will begin demoing some new tracks for their upcoming 7″ vinyl release for Little Heart Records in early October. They will then be hitting the studio in December with producer Jason Andrews (The Bastard Sons, Go Radio!) to begin work on their fourth studio release. Regarding the new songs, bassist Jake Jones wrote:
“We’re really excited about this record! We’ve been writing for months and the songs this go-around are going to be much faster and catchier than our previous recordings. We’re going back to our roots on this one. Think, mid 90’s fat wreck style with a modern pop-punk feel!”
Your Favorite Hero released their third album, “Killer On The Lower East Side,” in 2011, also on Little Heart Records.
