Every Friday the punk rock geniuses here at Dying Scene unleash some punk rock trivia. Today’s “fun factoid” is about the connection between the pop punk bands Screeching Weasel and Riverdales.
The Riverdales are made up of several Screeching Weasel members. Bassist Dan Vapid (Dan Schafer) and guitarist Ben Weasel (Ben Foster). The Riverdales released their latest album “Tarantula” last June on Recess Records and Screeching Weasel released their latest album “Teen Punks in Heat” in 2000.
