Apart of one of the first generations of punk bands to emerge from Los Angeles, California, The Bags are known for their raw sound, fierce performances, and lasting influence on the California punk scene. Originally called Femme Fatale or Mascara, they settled on the name after wearing bags on their heads to disguise their identity as a joke.
