Play Attenchon is a skatepunk band from Lima-Peru that after several members changes, reaches its final formation in 2005, allowing them define their own sound. After a couple of demos, the band released their first full length CD titled "La Ilusión Que Llevas", which was released in Peru and in Japan (Bells On Records), achieving high sale levels worldwide. They were also part of two tribute CDs: 88 Fingers Louie's (released in France) and Belvedere's (soon to be released by different labels). They made a Peruvian tour with Brazilian band Piron Heron and, in December 2008, traveled to Ecuador to play in 2 shows. Play Attenchon is proud of having shared stage with bands such as: Propagandhi (Canada), Have Heart (USA), Shipwreck A.D (USA), 69 Segundos (Ecuador), No Big Deal (Ecuador), G.O.E. (Ecuador), Marca Acme (Ecuador), Piron Heron (Brasil), 7 Dice (Venezuela), among others from the local scene. They also mixed and mastered 3 songs in Blasting Room Studios in Colorado (NOFX, Lagwagon, NUFAN, 7 Seconds, Descendents, etc), which is part of a 4-way split with Actionmen (Italy), Forus (France) and Hero Of Our Time (USA). Now they are composing songs which will be part of their sophomore album, to be released in 2010.
