The Ataris are a pop-punk band from Anderson, Indiana. Formed in 1996, they released five studio albums between 1997 and 2007. Their best-selling album So Long, Astoria was released in 2003, and is their only record to receive gold certification from the RIAA. Their high-charting single is “The Boys of Summer” which, ironically, is a cover song.
