Thirteen Towers Bio:
Hailing from the commonwealth of Virginia, specifically Fairfax, Thirteen Towers formed in 2007 with the uniting of Edson Hinostroza (Bass) and Mike Yaary (Drums). Recruiting other local artists by means of Craigslist, the original line up featured a classic pop punk sound, culminating with the release of their first EP; "We Don’t Care." As the years continued and other members came and went, the decision to add horns came about in 2011. The additional instrumentation helped carry Thirteen Towers over from pop punk to a more rounded out ska/punk feel. Since then, they've released two more full-length albums and two EP's; latest of which is the EP "Two-Banana Habit" in 2018. Thirteen Towers has had the pleasure sharing stages with many great acts at Festivals such as Punk Island, International Supernova SkaFest, and has hosted the Metro area Ska and Punk Fest in "Hell's Bottom" twice!
