Bad Religion to release new album next year

Bad Religion guitarist Brian Baker recently told the Spanish website RockNvivo that the band has been writing new material for their long-awaited new album, and will likely enter the studio later this year to begin recording it for a 2017 release.

The new Bad Religion record will be the band’s first studio album since 2013’s True North, and their first one with new members Mike Dimkich (replacing Greg Hetson) on guitar and Jamie Miller (replacing Brooks Wackerman) on drums.

Bad Religion last released the holiday EP Christmas Songs in 2013.
