Hot Water Music detail upcoming live album

Because it hasn’t been a big enough year for Hot Water Music, No Idea Records has just announced that the band will be releasing a live album in the fall. The album was recorded at Hot Water Music’s reunion shows at The Metro in Chicago back in 2008, and since then the label has released a series of 6 live 7″. Now, No Idea Records are taking the best versions of all of the songs Hot Water Music performed, and releasing a mega-awesome live compilation in three formats: LP, CD, and digital. There are 30 songs in total, for 90 minutes of great music.

The LP set is composed of three LPs, die-cut, a spine-wide jacket and printed inner sleeves. The CD set contains 2 CDs, and the digital version will be the first time these live version tracks will be released digitally.

No Ides Records plans to unleash this compilation on September 27th. Hot Water Music will be releasing an EP in August, “Add Up / The Fire, The Steel, The Tread,” via Rise Records.
