Miles Away (hardcore) announce “Weathered” 7-inch, stream new song “Let The Words Roll By”

Perth hardcore act Miles Away are coming out of hibernation after remaining relatively quiet for the last few years. The follow up to their last full length record ‘Endless Roads’ released in 2010, was recently recorded in Boston, MA with Jay Maas (Defeater) and is planned for release later in 2015.

Today the band have announced pre-orders for a new 7” single titled “Weathered” to be released in February/March. The 7” is limited to 1000 copies and to be self-released on their own MA Imprint, following on from the previous ‘Make It Count’ 10” and ‘Memory Embraced’ 7” – also released independently by the band themselves. You can stream “Let The Words Roll By”, a new song off off the 7″, below.

Miles Away will be hitting Amplifier bar in Perth for their first hometown show in over a year this Australia Day long weekend, joined by Mindless (playing their final show), Idle Eyes, Losing Grip and Bounty Hunter.
