Post-hardcore pioneers Moss Icon are back together again and will be playing “select live appearances” this year, including a stop at the Chaos in Tejas Festival in Austin, Texas on June 3.
To coincide with their reunion, Moss Icon will re-release their discography as a remastered 2xCD/3xLP set on Temporary Residence on May 8, simply titled Moss Icon Discography. It’s also available for pre-order at Temporary Residence’s website. You can view the track listing here.
Moss Icon called it quits in 1991 after releasing a series of 7″ singles/EPs. A full-length studio album, Lyburnum Wits End Liberation Fly, was released posthumously three years later. The band once reunited in 2001 for at least two shows.
