My Life In Black And White going on hiatus

Here’s something I’m not thankful for on this Thanksgiving; Northwest folky-punk act My Life In Black And White have decided to go on an indefinite hiatus.  Here’s the statement from the band:

Hey all, just to clarify- we tried to make the announcement below with a bit of humor, but all the same it’s definitely for real. Coty has, for his own reasons, decided to bow out, and at the moment the rest of us think it’s for the best to hang it up. There are indefinite plans to find a new drummer, record a new record, etc., but at the moment we’re going to sit back and see where the dice fall. THANK YOU ALL for all of your love and support over the years- we’ve been truly blessed to have shared this band with you all. Happy Thanksgiving- now Buy Me A Drink!

The band released 3 full-length albums,“Hold The Line” in September of 2009, “Bottles, Our Breakdowns” in 2007 and “Cloudy Skies” in 2006.
