According to Metal Addicts, the website Wegow has listed what appears to be metal icons Slayer‘s final show in their hometown of Los Angeles. The show will reportedly take place on New Year’s Eve (December 31st) at the Great Western Forum in Inglewood and will be supported by the likes of Anthrax, Testament, Exodus, Sacred Reich and Iron Reagan.
Slayer, who announced over a year ago that they would be embarking on their final world tour, released their most recent studio album Repentless in September 2015 on Nuclear Blast. It was their first album since 2009’s World Painted Blood, and their first one with Exodus guitarist Gary Holt as the replacement of the Jeff Hanneman, who died in 2013.
We’ll keep you posted as more details on Slayer’s final show in L.A. come to light.
