The Offspring’s post-“Smash” albums removed from Spotify

Recently, all of The Offspring‘s albums on Columbia Records have been removed from Spotify. No reason has been given, but it may be due to the fact that the band sold the rights to their Columbia catalog to Round Hill for $35 million earlier this year. We’ll keep you posted as more details on the situation come to light.

The only Offspring releases that remain on Spotify are their first three studio albums (including the 1994 classic Smash), as well as the 2014 EP Summer Nationals, and their recent single “Coming for You”.

The Offspring recently announced they will be hitting the studio soon to start recording their long-awaited new album, rumored for release early next year. It will be the band’s first studio album since 2012’s Days Go By.
