Tim Timebomb streams cover of Sham 69’s “If The Kids Are United”

As a break from the country stuff of late Tim Timebomb and Friends are streaming a ska-esque rendition of Sham 69’s “If The Kids Are United” Here’s what he had to say about it:

“Sham 69 is one of Rancid’s favorite bands of all time. One of my favorite scenes in the movie Rude Boy is when Joe Strummer invites Jimmy Pursey of Sham 69 onstage to sing with the Clash. It’s a great moment. This is the twins and I doing our take on a classic!”

You can listen to the track here.

Tim Timebomb and Friends have been releasing a long series of singles on iTunes every week since the beginning of December 2012 through Hellcat Records.
