Texas punks Debunker make a great first impression with their debut album Misfortunes. Calling all flannel-sporting, Miller High Life-drinking, orgcore enjoyers: this record’s right in your wheelhouse. It reminds me a lot of early Banner Pilot, with fast, aggressive songs that sound like they would have fit right in on the fabled Pass the Poison EP. Listen to the album below, buy it on Bandcamp, and look forward to maybe seeing these guys at The Fest some day; they’ve definitely got the sound.
