If you like basically anything Epitaph or Fat Wreck Chords released in the 90’s, you’ll wanna check out this new record from Italian skate punks Wasei. Vulgar Misplay of Burkett aces that classic Epifat feel without feeling stale or unoriginal in the slightest. Listen to the album below and get it on vinyl / CD here; digital download available on Bandcamp.

Wicked Bears – “Hypothetically”
Hypothetically - Wicked Bears
Release Date: February 10, 2023 Record Label: Wiretap Records Release Type: SingleBandcamp Link: Listen on BandcampSalt Lake City pop-punks Wicked Bears are streaming a new song called “Hypothetically”. It’s the latest single from the band’s sophomore album Underwater, due out March 3rd on Wiretap Records. Listen below and pre-order the LP here.
And in case you get the impression that this is a love song, it totally, definitely, most certainly is not. I’ll allow the band to clarify:
“Hypothetically is not a love song. It is about the perils of love and the hope of love, but it’s not a love song. If, hypothetically, Hypothetically were a love song, it would probably closely resemble this song, but again, it’s not. If Hypothetically were a love song, it would be complicated like love, and moody and sentimental like love, which it is. But it’s not a love song, so don’t even think about it!”
