Sum 41 to perform for first time in over two years at Alternative Press Music Awards

Sum 41 have announced they will be performing at this year’s Alternative Press Music Awards, which will take place on July 22nd in Cleveland, Ohio. This will be the band’s first show back following the recovery of frontman Deryck Whibley, who nearly drank himself to death in early 2014.

Sum 41’s latest album Screaming Bloody Murder was released in March of 2011 through Island Records. During Whibley’s recovery, the band began working on a new record which currently has no set release date.
