Another week, another Band Spotlight on a young band that serves as a giant breath of fresh air. According to their label, A-Reaction Records, South Carolina’s Big Awesome range in age from 18 to 20 years old, and they’ve been a band for well under a year. In February 2011, the fellas released their debut EP, “Better Than Numbers,” which we reviewed for you here. The EP’s three songs were enough to attract the attention of Face to Face’s Trever Keith. Keith summoned the band to his Nashville lair to lay down their full-length debut which should be out later this year.
