Texas hardcore band Close Your Eyes has been going through some lineup changes recently and it appears, with this latest news, that we haven’t seen the end of it yet. Earlier today we reported that the relatively new replacement vocalist, Mike Sawyer, had stated via Facebook that he will not be performing vocal duties for the remainder of Close Your Eyes’ Scream The Prayer Tour.
Well even more recently, Close Your Eyes guitarist Brett Callaway had this to say,
We are parting ways with our vocalist, we felt that he was not a good fit for our band. We wish him well in his future endeavors.
Short and sweet. There you have it, folks. Close Your Eyes is once again on the hunt for a vocalist.
CHEESY JOKE WARNING: I bet the members of the band just want to “close their eyes” and make this all go away. I warned you.
